Please sign the petition for ‘Shifnal Youth Club’ on the Bridgnorth Road near Shifnal:
Many of you will be familiar with the white building near the mini island on the Bridgnorth Road. Known as the youth club, however it has been used by a variety of local groups over the years.
The land is owned by Shropshire Council and was offered to the people of Shifnal on a ‘peppercorn’ rate. However the trustees have now resigned and the keys are being handed back tomorrow (1st May).
This petition is asking for your support for the building and for new trustees to come forward. I am confident also that the Town Council would be interested in supporting this project.
